Terms of Service

Disclaimer: payment for our coaching session is based on time and time alone. Payment is not based on content or context of said meeting. Client is responsible for any questions asked, etc. to ensure they achieve desired use of time. Aleksandar Stojanovic will strive to provide requested information, but makes no guarantees that a solution will be reached in one scheduled meeting.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you are in a need of rescheduling, please contact me 30 minutes or more before our meeting. If a full cancellation is required, please allow 30 minutes or more for notification.

There will be no refunds provided when a client is a no-show. The coaching session window (using Google Meet) will be open during clients scheduled time frame where service provider, Aleksandar Stojanovic, will be in attendance. If client is a no-show or has not given a 30 minute notice for re-scheduling or cancelation, then a refund for 30 minute time frame will not be granted.

Client is responsible for paying another 30 minute coaching session if initial one is missed.

Coaching fee is solely based on the time for meeting whether questions got answered or not.

Client is paying for the time, not content or the context of the meeting.
